Bio

Dr. Nicholas G. Leventis is a board certified, compassionate and dedicated Internal Medicine physician. Nicholas completed his residency at Beaumont Hospital in Farmington Hills, Michigan. A proud graduate of Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Leventis brings a strong foundation in human biology and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.

His journey in healthcare began early, working as a pharmacist assistant for nearly a decade, where he developed a keen understanding of pharmacology and patient interaction. He has also volunteered in underserved communities, including providing medical care in clinics across Nicaragua, and has served in various hospital and community roles that reflect his dedication to service and learning.

Dr. Leventis background as a collegiate athlete and competitive golfer has instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, teamwork, and leadership—qualities he brings to his medical practice every day.

Dr. Leventis provides comprehensive care for a wide range of chronic conditions, including but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). He is also experienced in managing acute medical issues, ensuring his patients receive timely and effective treatment across the spectrum of care.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Leventis rounds at several local nursing homes, including Fountainview, Medilodge, and IHM, where he continues to provide compassionate care to the residents.

Dr. Leventis joined March Medical Associates in 2025 and is excited to bring his knowledge, kindness, and dedication to serve the residents of Monroe County. He looks forward to building lasting relationships with his patients and contributing meaningfully to the health and well-being of the community.
In his spare time, Dr. Leventis enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Emily, and their two beloved cats. He is also an avid golfer, finding relaxation and joy on the golf course.
