She offers personalized treatment plans that may include interventional procedures, therapeutic exercise programs, medical management, and coordination of multidisciplinary care.

She collaborates closely with other specialists to optimize each patient’s recovery and quality of life.

Dr. March began her journey in Midland, Michigan, where she graduated from Dow High School in 2011. She went on to attend Michigan State University on a full basketball scholarship and earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2015. Her passion for human performance and healing led her to pursue medicine at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2021.

She completed her internship at ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital in Monroe, Michigan, and her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Toledo, Ohio, finishing her training in 2025. Her diverse background in athletics, kinesiology, and advanced rehabilitation uniquely positions her to provide expert care to a wide range of patients—from athletes and active individuals to those recovering from life-changing injuries or surgeries.

Dr. March believes in treating the whole person, not just the injury or condition, through a compassionate, team-based approach. She is dedicated to restoring function, minimizing pain, and maximizing independence for every patient she serves.

Outside of her medical practice, Dr. March enjoys an active and fulfilling life with her husband, Tedd, their daughter, and their two golden retrievers. In her free time, she loves playing basketball, spending time with her family, traveling, and enjoying the outdoors.
